Terms of Service

These are the rules for using LinkedIn Manager. They’re written to be clear — please read them along with our Privacy Policy.

Last updated: November 24, 2025

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or using LinkedIn Manager, you agree to these terms.

  • You must be at least 18 and allowed to use LinkedIn and related tools.
  • If you invite teammates, you’re responsible for how they use the workspace.
  • If a signed order form says something different, that order form wins for that deal.

2. Accounts & billing

Access is based on the plan and seats you pick. Billing follows that plan.

  • Trials convert to paid plans at the end unless you cancel first.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. Downgrades apply on the next renewal.
  • We may pause accounts for unpaid invoices, policy issues, or abuse.

3. Acceptable use

Use the product the way it was meant to be used.

  • Don’t spoof identity, scrape unauthorized data, or bypass limits.
  • Follow LinkedIn and other provider rules — we may turn features off to stay compliant.
  • Report security issues responsibly instead of exploiting them.

4. Your content & our product

You own what you upload. We only use it to run and improve LinkedIn Manager.

  • We may use aggregated, non-identifying insights to improve the product.
  • You give us a limited license to host and send content so features work.
  • Feedback you share can be used to improve the product without paying royalties.

5. Confidentiality & security

Both sides should protect non-public information. Keep us posted if you think your account was compromised.

  • Treat our confidential info with the same care you use for your own.
  • More detail lives in our Privacy Policy.

6. Warranties & liability

Except where an order form says otherwise, the product is provided as-is.

  • We don’t make implied promises of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
  • Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Events outside our control (outages, disasters, regulation changes) can pause obligations.
  • Where liability applies, it’s generally limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Ending the agreement

These terms stay in place until your subscription ends. Some parts (like IP and payment) survive after that.

  • Export your data before you leave. We may keep backups for up to 30 days unless the law requires longer.
  • We can end access for a serious breach that isn’t fixed within 15 days of notice.
  • When access ends, outstanding fees are still due.

8. Law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless a country-specific addendum says otherwise.

  • Questions: legal@linkedinmanager.ai — we usually reply within two business days.
  • We’ll post updates on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
